The Beauty Department directs us to apply moisturizer, then a facial oil, to fight the upcoming dry-winter-skin-blues. I do this myself and recommend Nuxe Huile Prodigieuse Multi-Usage Dry Oil (smells amazing) or Tarte Pure Maracuja Oil (great to use under foundation to ensure that it applies evenly).
